Cooking classes are usually 2½ to 3 hours in length. We eat everything we make, so bring your appetite! You will receive recipes and instructions, and the cooking classes are hands-on.

Private Cooking Classes
Host your private cooking event for any occasion. Cooking events are held at the Culinary Studio. You can organize a cooking class, interactive cooking demonstration or intimate dinner party. Menu’s will be customized for you based on fresh seasonal ingredients. A really fun way to celebrate with family and friends.
Week Day Afternoon $400 for up to eight people
Week Day Evening $550 for up to eight people
Monday – Thursday
Weekend Afternoon $475 for up to eight people
Weekend Evening $600 for up to eight people
Friday – Sunday
$200 deposit will reserve your date. Larger parties can be accommodated for an additional price..Wine not included.
Afternoon classes begin between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm and usually last 3 hours.
Evening classes begin between 5:00 pm and 6:30 pm and usually last 3 hours. A custom time can be arranged, just ask.

Start the evening by sabering a bottle of bubbles and Invite your friends and family, bring your favorite wine. Learn to make Bella’s pizza dough and toppings. Select a salad & dessert to accompany your pizza. Gluten free crust available upon request. We can accommodate more than 8 people at an additional cost.

$200 deposit is required to reserve your date the balance can be paid the day of the event.
We’ll make a variety of breads including French baguette, fugasse, focaccia, pizza dough, pretzel rolls, and hamburger buns. I love to make bread so I am always adding to my recipe collection.
I am constantly adding to my collection of pasta tools. I would have to say making pasta is one of my favorite things to do. I teach the basic pastas as well as Italian regional specialties.
Sauces always add the special finishing touch to any dinner, whether a truffle cream, red wine demi glaze, port cherry, Marsala, or simple red sauce. A sauce can be paired with a protein to create a tasty dinner.
Name your meat: pork belly, veal, pork or lamb shank or short ribs. Winter is the best time of year to braise. Learn all the tips and techniques and sit down to a wonderful dinner.
The most common mistake with grilling is over-cooking. You will learn to grill meats and seafood to the perfect temperature so that they will not be dried out. Learn to make rubs, marinades, sauces, and salsas. Make everything on the grill so you can enjoy the outdoors.
