- 1/2 cup butter at room temperature
- 2 cups grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cups almond flour
- 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Place all ingredients in food processor. Pulse until it forms a dough. Place dough on floured surface and roll into a log. Cover with plastic wrap and chill at least 45 minutes.
Slice the log in 1/4-inch slices. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
